4 Bedroom Ski Chalet in Albrightsville

Thank you for considering My Vacation Property Rental (MVP Rental) for your upcoming trip to the Poconos. This was my family home until it was converted to a vacation property in 2023. I have owned and been hosting people at homes in this resort community since 2011. Over the years, across multiple properties, I have managed thousands of reservations and have gained the expertise to offer a relaxing retreat for both you and your pets.
Having multiple game rooms, a theater room area, multiple seating areas, TVs in all rooms, and large deck, there are spaces for everyone. Pet lovers will appreciate the fully fenced backyard which provides a safe space for dogs to play. The wire mesh fence extends from the top rail to the ground keeping your pets contained. There has never been a reported escape, though deer do jump the fence often to graze in the yard.

--Starting May 23, 2025 - Amenities will be open on weekends only
--Starting June 13, 2025, to September 2, 2025 - Amenities will be open full time
Hours of operation for the pool: 11 AM to 6 PM (Schedule may change without prior notice)
--On Sept 1, 2025 - pool will be closed for the season. The lake can still be accessed for boating and kayaking. Beach is swim at own risk.

Summary: Great place with plenty to do. Along with great location in the poconos, winery close by and paintball. Plenty of rooms and space for people as well.

Summary: Our group of five elderly siblings and four spouses had a good stay in the retreat. Quiet setting in the woods with lots of deer to keep us entertained. Lots of time spent on the pool table and the upstairs game room. Well equipped kitchen where we prepared all our meals for all seven days and the dining table provided space for all 9 of us to share meals. Host Will was very responsive and went so far as to bring us a DVD player so we could watch some movies we brought with us. There is a huge well furnished deck that we didn't use because of cloudy, chilly, rainy weather. Maybe next time!

Summary: This house is great for an extended family trip. We had a really nice time. The house offers a lot with the extended game room upstairs. It’s a good location for Jim Thorpe, all of the nature trails and water parks.

Summary: This property was great. We had four adults and two dogs. Location was perfect, between Jim Thorpe and Lake Harmony. Very dog friendly, and the fenced in yard was a huge plus. We enjoyed watching five dear freely roam the neighborhood daily. The property is well maintained and the owner is very responsive for whatever is needed.

Summary: We had a great time at this property over Presidents Weekend. There were ten of us and there was plenty of room to spread out and sleep. Our grandkids really enjoyed the game rooms and we watched the Eagles Superbowl win parade on the 85" TV!! Took the kids tubing and enjoyed a couple meals at the nearby resturants. We would definitely rent here again!!

Summary: Our family had a great time this weekend. Everyone loved the games. Movie room was a big hit with my son. Fenced in and very spacious yard was great to have especially while outside playing in the snow. Owner was easy to communicate with. It was so nice not having to pack linens and towels since they were provided. Can’t wait for our next trip back to this house!
